domain Just got an offer, dunno how much to sell!

Hi guys, I registered www.advertisingsolution.net 10 days ago, and now there's a company willing to buy it, asking me to state a price for it. I have already put it on auction in sedo at a price of $500, but I don't know whether I should ask for a price higher or lower than 500 bucks. Or should I just decline the offer and wait for better opportunities?? Experts please help, I am really new in this field, and I have no idea which is the wiser decision!
