domain Got an offer on this...should I sell?

I marketed a domain Affordable / Roofing / .org
to an end-user asking $300 in a reply to his "how much" e-mail reply. He didn't reply to my offer e-mail, so I reminded him about myself. Then he said that his offer is $50.

don't know what to do..should I sell for this price?

Personally I think $50 is a little too low. Its a .org so it not gonna make you rich but its a pretty good industry . I would stand firm . I would say $300 is extremly fair. If it was me I would not sell this name for less than $100. Maybe counter with $250 and negotiate and hope to land at $175. also alot depends on how much reg fees you paid already. if say its 2 years reg fee than that already $15 gone and your profit is only $35 . Not saying that not good ( thats pretty great on a $15 investment) but take that into consideration.

i would try to bump it up to close to 100, but i would try hard to sell it to this person. i just cant see roofers wanting to use an org, so this is a great opprtunity to dump the name
