It's about time GoDaddy fixed those 2 issues...

I called Godaddy support for a refund, but after holding on for 25 minutes, I hung up in frustration

These 2 issues have happened several times :

1) Godaddy not refunding failed closeout purchsases
More often than not, they are simply not refunded, unless you call them and request that they lokk into the matter.

2) Buying 2 transfers within a short period of time results in you getting only one pair of codes (although the email mentions both domain names).
I don't care about this too much as I won't be transfering anything to Godaddy from now on.

If you are not awarded a closeout domain it is refunded automatically. There is a process that runs that identifies any auctions due a refund. It may take a few days for the refund to post to your account. If for some reason a refund is missed which is very rare, there is an audit that happens where an error would still be caught and refunded.

If you want to pm me one of the names I can take a look and make sure the refund was processed.

On the transfers in you'd have to give me more info. Are you buying the two domain transfers in separate purchases or in the same purchase? Have you tried using the same codes on both names?

Thanks Joe. Regarding the closeout refunds, AFAIK domains are awarded within 6 or 7 days. After 15 days passed since purchase I have not received a refund. Id' like to give it some more time and see if/when the refund is given.

Regarding the transfers, they are bought in separate purchases and yes, I have tried to use the same code twice, but it only works once.
