Since there is no official godaddy topic, I would like to raise a few issues here.
I can never solve my problem with godaddy live chat assistants. Either they don't understand the subject and it takes hours for me to explain or they give false answers.
Last week I asked what the godaddy ACH bank account type is. One of the assistants said it was savings, the other two I corresponded with said checking. The last person I contacted to confirm, said he would take care of the matter to clarify and made me wait for half an hour and then just disappeared.
Today, I asked a few questions about the auction section, first the representative tried to pass it off by giving political answers. When I stated that her answers were absurd and did not solve my problem, I waited for her to reply for 15 minutes and then she disappeared too!
In addition, the e-mails I sent to different units (auctions, afternic services) on any subject are responded to very late or not at all.
I hope you are aware that in an industry where time and effort are very valuable, such disruptions and delays make our work very difficult.
