Got an e-mail from "admin" with a subject of "URL mny.in confirm required"

The message 9did anyone else get it?):

Please visit the following link to confirm your URL submission.

http://greetings.freehuh.com/urc.asp?uid=freehuh&e=[my web address was here]&u=mny.in&a=9211 (it looks like a strange place to post a domain.)

So who is freehuh and how did they choose one domain to spam me about?

What do you all think?

I got the same thing for my LLL .in domains
It looks like a way to check valid E-mail addresses for further spamming.
Ignore these E-mails.

As soon as you take any action on it. Like visiting some URL or replying to it.

He and his friends will shoot thousands of emails your way.
