It really depends on what you intend to use it for.. but that price doesn't sound so hot. I'm sure you can do better both spec-wise and on price.

For example, Gateway MT6728, Intel® Pentium® Dual-Core mobile T2330, 15.4" WXGA, 2GB, 160GB, double-layer DVD±RW/CD-RW drive5-in-1 Card reader, 802.11b/g, Windows Vista Home Premium » for $549.99 at BestBuy.com

How to get this deal:

Go to www.BestBuy.com
Search for 8651041 and add to shopping cart for $549.99
Final Price: $549.99 + Free in-store pickup + State tax may apply

Or check www.deals2buy.com or www.dealighted.com for more deals.

That's not a very good deal. :imho: (If you're on a budget, which I'm assuming you are)

I keep a close eye on Deal Catcher -- they find some nice deals between Dell Home and Dell Small Business. I picked up a notebook with better specs for $399 a little over a month ago at Dell SB. It's not common to find them under $499 anymore (I probably got mine for some Holiday sale), but Dell seems to have some decent sales on different systems every day. I'd watch a deal site like the ones Dave and I mentioned for a week, and see if you can find a better deal. You could probably get one for about $100 cheaper with the same specs. :)

I'll let you know if I find anything. :tu:

Agreed with the two posts above me.

Try searching for laptops on www.newegg.com

Wow aren't you clever....sure you really need a laptop or just trying to spam your site? But wait, I thought you said "I really hate spam.." in another thread....so you can't be spamming in all of these threads with short meaningless posts.... :|

Busted. :lala:

I want to advertise my website
Dealstudio.com
It is a deal site.
And I want to get more visitors a day.
Can you give me some advices?
I have no idea what to do now.
Thanks...

Advice #1 - Don't post a thread pretending to be interested in a "deal" when the deal is on YOUR own website. Not very ethical... ;)
