Is there a 10 days lock period to transfer domain from a godaddy account to another godaddy account?

I bought a domain name (.group extension ) two days back and trying to transfer to a different godaddy account. When i clicked the account change link getting an error "This feature is unavailable for this TLD."

When i contacted godaddy support initially they said account change is not possible for any TLD domains. Is that true?

Later i found this page https://in.godaddy.com/help/about-group-domains-20305

as per their hep page it is possible for "Account change"

Again i have contacted godaddy support and shared this article now they are saying as this domain bought recently as per ICANN policy 10 days lock period will apply. Is that true?

I am confused because godaddy support team don't have any knowledge at all. waste of time..

I sold the domain for $500 buyer transferred the money now i can't transfer the domain name.

any one have similar experience?

Kindly guide what can be done in such a scenario.
