60 Days lock period - Network Solutions

Hi,

I just recently purchased a domain via auction and it was transferred to my Network Solutions account. I am aware of the 60 days lock period in which I can not transfer the domain elsewhere. But during this lock period, is it possible to transfer to another Network Solutions user?
