Netsol Transfer - Lock question

Acquired a domain at NameJet two weeks back.
Domain is now in my NetSol account, but it have a transfer lock status:

What does it mean?
Can I still push the domain to other Netsol account before November 2?

You can't transfer it out for 30 days but you can push it to another netsol account before that.

Yes, you can push the domain name to another account, you simply cant transfer out of NSI until the lock is up. However, I have found you can sometimes still transfer out - but you lose 1 year of registration by doing so.
