For me,

Afternic network is on the top, followed by
Remaining all including the landing page.

Landing page. As far as marketplaces go, afternic is probably the best despite the high commission.

In some cases do not know, but I think almost all, but not all, of my $$$+ sales have been through landers.

It would be an easy addition for people to include when they post to Report Completed Sales Here whether it sold at the venue where the DNS is pointed.

The answer may be different for different types and value points I suspect. I think the elite $$$$$+ sales may, not sure, be different from $$$ level sales.
