Is it worth a Sedo listing

Hi there,

I was wondering if the $40 featured listing on sedo is worth the bother. Does anyone know if it dramatically increases chances of a name being sold? Does anyone have any experiences of this.

Well it increases the chances but I wouldn't say dramtically. All you have to do is look at the list of them that are already there and look at all the ones that haven't sold...

Something is not right with that featured listing ...

Last month i had over 500 View(s) of Offer then by the end of the month it dropped to around 430 so I thought "fine, it's adjusting (unsure how or why but ok i can live with it") now its at 395 and i'm wondering why ;p

Traffic only tracks the last 32 days so I assume your traffic was higher in the past and lower in the future--hence your traffic #'s went down.

have they decreased the price of a featured listing?

I have realised there is a lot of distinctly average names so i think i will leave it. Any advice on the .eu thread :imho:
