Hi guys,
I have some strange (in my opinion) situation.
I have a name registered at DomainMonster. It was expired 2011-10-13.
As I understand I have one month to renew it on regular renewal fee.
So when I tried to renew it I didn't find it on my account. I asked the registrar. Now received the reply:
"Thanks for contacting Domainmonster.com Customer Support.
Our standard grace period for the renewal of expired domains is 16 days after which point we charge a redemption fee of 100 EUR + the standard renewal for that domain. Please do let me know if you would like me to renew this domain for you.
I hope this helps! Please do let me know if you have any further questions"
Well is it Okay? Am I missing something? Maybe it's ok, but I never had such stuff with other registrars.
