Hey,

I have around 90 domains i need to renew.

The problem is that these ones are registered with a company in australia who charge $35 per domain to renew. Theres no way im paying them that so if i enter them into one of my accounts with either Name.com, GoDaddy.com, MadDogDomains.com or Dynadot.org, will the transfer be successfull, as all domains expired (past renewal date) within the last 8 days.

Need a quick answer.

I think normally you can transfer an expired name because of it's grace period window but I am not 100% sure. I would initiate a single xfer with godaddy and see what results you get if your needed to do it right away.

I think any registrar which charges you $35 to renew might make it difficult to transfer out expired domains. Although it's against ICANN policy. Let us know if you succeed and who the registrar is.

I agree with stub. They are charging $35, and they will not let you transfer them free.
