Renewing a domain in the redemption period

I have a .tv domain with enomcentral.com that is in the redemption period.

I want to renew it, but I'm also asked to pay Domain Redemption (RGP) fee that is $250. Can I just renew my domain for $32.50 and don't pay the domain redemption fee?

Try to move it to another registrar. I had a similar problem 2 years ago. A domain expired on GoDaddy, I was in vacation and, when I got back, I saw to my amazing pleasure that I'd have to pay 90 bucks to have the domain back again. So, I created an account with namecheap, unlocked the domain in GoDaddy and move it for 10 bucks. If you can tranfer the domain, you're fine. If not, you'll have to pay and learn to use a registrar that's not having such horrible fees.
