Enom and transfer

I am trying to transfer out my domain from enom to godaddy I have placed the order with godaddy BUT still waiting on the auth code from enom I have emailed them numerous times here

with no response at all ??

Anyone have any ideas on help for me please ?

Do you have direct access to enom.com? If not, you have to contact your reseller/provider on this as they do not release AUTH code if you are not a direct customer.

It is at enom where I loggin the redirected to enomcentral I have mailed them with no luck

Create a support ticket, do not email them

Don't want to sound A total Newbie but I cannot locate how to create a support ticket ?

You can read on the FAQ and submit ticket there

Many thanks I have now created a ticket and I am awaiting response from them ... I am glad there is 17 days left on the domain ...lol

Even better, go to the domain in question using the My Domains menu link, then select General Settings from the drop-down box (top right), and click where it says "Email Auth Code to Registrant".

A few seconds later you should have the code in your email box.
