.mobi INSANE .mobi sales at TRAFFIC Conference

Did anyone see the insane prices paid for some generic .mobi's at the recent traffic conference?

I think (and I am just doing this from memory) but flowers.mobi went for 200k (bought by Rick Schwartz I think)

fun.mobi went for 100K (if I recall)

I had NO idea .mobi's were going for so much. I have quite a few generic.mobi's listed on tdnam and Sedo for like 500 bucks apiece and have gotten zero interest. I need to contact some big players right away. You all might be advised to do the same if you have a collection of generic.mobi's (Didnt someone on this board have tickets.mobi?) I think you should be able to get mid-high xxx,xxx based on these recent sales for that domain assuming you can contact the ight people)

Maybe I should have gone to the conference (I might have been able to retire!) Sheesh!

This is old news now. I like mobi, but just because two generic mobi names sold for 6 figures doesnt mean all generic mobi names are worth that much. This is still a brand new extension and its going to take time to rise in value.

Yes I was away and I also havent been following .mobi at all even though I have a bunch.
