.mobi .mobi traffic

I've noticed over the last week or so that my .mobi's are getting alot of type in traffic at the moment, more than usual. I'd like to think it's members of the public trying .mobi out, but i would be more inclined to say that it's .mobi investors poking around for available domains to reg. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes, and the hits are still coming in.

When I reported this morning, the total for the month (at NameDrive) was 51. That's 51 thus far. Now as of this writting, the total is 104...53 just for today? And many of those were not on the list of hits this a.m. and some now have multiples.

A total of 63 domain names at NameDrive have now had traffic. That number was only 27 domain names this morning. 19 of the domains are a foreign language.

I assure you it is not fellow domainers as perhaps 75% of my list of regs have never been published.

While the money is not rolling in, this is still a good trend. Will it continue? Has there been some major news we are unaware of? Who knows.

Any thoughts?

Wow, great news.

Although I probably don't have some of the top tier mobi's as some of you, I am starting to get traffic too. I have noticed this starting about a week ago.

Something is definitely going on, I'm not sure what.

By the way, whoever has pussies.mobi , is it for sale and if so how much???

I could only guess it is because of webbyawards last week, more exposer because of this. I think the big guys are looking around. I see lot of new faces on this forum from last week too.

Made some milk money change today on FUX.mobi AdMob. About 90 impressions today.

Do you have a suggestion on how to measure the actual traffic this site is getting? AdMob will give me AdMob impressions. I would like to know for my own curiosity how many are actually using the site and how many hits a day FUX is getting.

I have officially reached a new high for monthly type-ins for my mobi names. This is even higher than back last fall when everyone was mobi crazy.

Well I write this I'm on a psp surfing the net (or the 10 sites that work) thinking how nice it would be to have actual sites. Not software converts that look horrid.

With some REAL support from .MOBI, folks such as yourself that are developing unique and compelling sites may become targets for possible acquisition, IMHO. :music:

For me, total type-in visitors to antioxidants.mobi was as follows:
April 10 = 3
April 11 = 10
April 12 = 11
April 13 = 23

I stopped using antioxidants.mobi in my signature on the 14th and subsequently, I have received 0 hits. I don't have my names advertised elsewhere as I'm trying to guage the market. Seems like there are alot of curious NPers/NP guests out there... I'll happily welcome them back when my site is a bit closer to done

haha. I can't believe your didn't get frustrated and give up typing all of this on your psp. When I post on her with my nonqwerty cellphone it takes me an hour and is so tedious.

for reasons and sites like this where input needs to be simplified mobi serves a purpose.

I wouldn't doubt the future holds more Treo/iPhone-like devices at cheaper prices... I can't even believe how I used to enter data on my first pda back in 2002 that didn't have a keyboard compared to now... Mindboggling
