I'm about to break and give up

hey all,

i'm in trouble, serious financial problems, I started a bussiness of my own more then 18 months ago, and all i have to do is pay pay pay.
i'm now officialy in 20000 euro debts.. i already have a credit i'm paying off,
and i have a job too, but it just isn't enough to cope..
i havea GF and a child to come , and i don't even dare to tell them the trouble i'm in.
i did some stupid things , wasted stupid money and it's completely my fault,
i don't know what to do anymore, i had so many good ideas , so many plans , but they all didn't work out.
i feel like killing myself at this very moment,sigh

what have i done, i don't know, i can't just tell ,

i just want to say to all you newbie starters, watch out , the net is full off scams and stuff

i don't know but for some reason i have little hope now.
Indeed i have to do something about it.
first of all i'm gonna create a website and come clean to the world,
i need to have something at hand for the moments i think bad,
sharing my troubles might be a good start i think.

Talking is good. Keep talking - getting new ideas and NEVER give up! It's rough but if you look hard enough you will see the light at the end of the tunnel! I'm really sorry to hear what is going on but on the brightest side of this you do have a daughter on the way, and you owe to yourself and your gr, and daughter to fix this. I know how you feel. About two years ago I got into a debt of $2,000 through some stupid idea I had. I didnt get right on it and it just grew. That's the whole reason why I got into domains. I'm still in the whole of about $1,400 but taking care of it slowly. I tell you to pay your credit cards on time. Even if you dont have alot, just the minium is good, I had some many late fees, probobly a good $500 or more extra, just because I was so stupid. And remember, take things slowly and dont let the worry control you. If you have some skills in web design, etc, try to look for a part time job online and earn some side cash to help you out.

More importantly, Cheer up! Money isnt everything.

:imho: bottomline is don't lose hope, while you're still alive you can still change things to run your way.

If you really need to make a clean start, there's always bankruptcy. If you set up your corp. correctly, the corp can file and it won't affect your personal financial status at all. Talk to a good attorney. He/she can give you all your options as well as explain the ramifications of each of them.

Never give up hope. You never know what tomorrow will bring.

NEVER give up. Even when things seem the worst they can be, someone out there is doing much worse so you shouldn't feel like you're the only one on this world. Most businesses start out really small and huge amounts of money need to be put into it but if you keep persisting, you might one day become a millionaire. I know for a fact that godaddy.com spent about $1 million when it started out and now it's a multimillion dollar company.

I know this may be hard but it's better letting your girlfriend know ahead of time instead of later. If she truly loves you she might put up a fuss but it shouldn't cause her to break up or anything. Also she might consider finding work or something to help pay the debt.

Life is full of up and downs you just need to keep your head up and go with the flow, remember that their will always be somone worse off then yourself somewhere in the world and they continue on so there should be no reason for you not to. Debt is a fact of life for most people in the world, I have debt from when I was younger and I still pay it off here and there when I can. You have a girlfriend who loves you and a special little one on the way you should feel like the luckiest guy in the world right now....don't stop for today , look forward to tomorrow.

in the states this is when you consider filing chapter 7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy.... bankruptcy is not the end of the world. you might consider it. good luck.

Hey it happens to every body at some age. Just keep the faith and things will trun out better than you expect them to be. (I know its easy to say and hard to do in a situation like that but believe me it's only a phase. A weaker moment in your life. Dont get weaker then the weak moment itself. Be strong and try to get hold of the situation.

Here are few things you can do to calm yourself down.

- Get your aggression out on a punching board. (Seriously, it helps)

or if you are beleive in God.

- Then know there is another life (the real one) starts after death and nothing ruins that more than hopelessness. Beleive everything in this world happens from His will and He loves you and wont leave you alone. He sees the bigger picture which you dont and these difficulties might just be a temp phase to prepare you for greater advantages later.

As a Muslim, whenever we get into a situation like that, we ask for His forgiveness whole heartedly and do a special prayer in the mid of night and things get better.

A practical advise: You might want to set out your priorities. "Getting so many ideas" is a gifted thing and also a common disease of an inteligent mind. You only need to prioritise your ideas and focus on the one which is getting you immidiate revenue.

I hope you get hold of the situation pretty soon.

The ppl who offered to talk... i don't have YM , only msn.

i'm not considering bancrupcy because , the own bussiness wasn't a firm , it was created on my name, ths means if i file for bancrupcy i loose my personal belongings too.

there are no other options where you can keep your personal belongings? do you have any assets you can sell to recoup some of the loss?
