Give up smoking!

Many people try to quit smoking but fail and many people around us end up with lung cancer, NamePros is like a family to all of us and we don't want to lose anybody.

Every time i have a cigarette I'm going to purchase a cancer ribbon, To punish my wallet and help out the cancer researchers. The aim of this is for you to stop smoking and even if you sneak that one before bed, You should purchase a ribbon and know you should try quit. (I'm not saying everyone has too)

I've purchased one ribbon so far from a cigarette I've had today and I know I can beat this.

Who's with me on this? Its a great cause and helps with your health :]

I quit smoking about 1 year ago and am very, very happy that I did so.

James, you gotta quit, all it does is eat your money and take your health... seriously.. give it up.

It took me about 6 go's before I got quit for good. LOL I would quit for like 3-8 days then start smoking again. But I finally got it and you will too, one of these try's.. LOL

I've smoked regularily only about 3 years now and quitting is already a pain for me. I can't imagine what it must be like for someone who has smoked far longer. The longest time I've not smoked till I started has been a month. At first I just smoked in bars and such (I wish I were younger, wouldn't work now since the laws are getting tighter everywhere) but eventually it lead to pack a day.

Congratulations for all of you who have quit for good, I can't think of anything else so stupid you could spend your money on as smoking... All your doing is killing yourself, and even if you live long, your quality of life goes down to the bottom.

I've seen studies that show sets of twins where one smoked most of their life and the other had always been a non-smoker.

In every case the smoking twin always looked 10-20 years older than the non-smoking twin. And the smoker usually had more health problems.

Don't take as an ad, but get yourself Allen Carr's "Easy way To Stop Smoking".
Read it, it is not usual motivational book. Personally, I know 7 people who quit smoking after reading this book.
If I didn't convince you, read reviews on this book on Amazon.
