If I don't make any money, will the domain police come and take it away?

Hi,
Today I noticed that Car Blog (dot) biz was available, so I grabbed it. When completing the transaction, I had to agree to use the domain for "genuine business or commercial use only". If I don't make any money, are the domain police going to come?

All it says is that you have to use it for some commercial purpose. If you aren't using it to sell something, just put an ad banner on teh page. That's commercial use.

There are more restrictions for .biz domains based on Neulevel. But of course,
nothing's going to happen until someone reports about it.
