You could try the other route and and just tell them you have it, and tough luck to you! And keep it and ignore them.

If you do that, please keep us appraised here of their progress in taking it from you. It may well make a great topic to 'Pin' for future reference.

You can email the owner and be like Hey I accedently registered your domain on BLAH BLAH of 04 I realize you have a TM now and I would like to know if you would like to purchase this domain at the price I paid for + renewal for the past years for a total price of blah blah

Depends on your intent Mostlikley not as it would generate money from misusing there TM

Asking for money is a bad thing, its not there fault you regged the name, if you ask for cash you show bad faith, just let the name go, its obvious thr OP has no plans for this name, after all he's askinga bout parking etc...

If you are in the US, just drop the name. If you are in a country where the TM laws don't apply, then I really don't know.

However, everytime a "domainer" abuses TMs it makes the whole industry look bad.
