I'm trying to transfer a .es domain to my godaddy account but i don't receive the auth code to complete the transfer. Godaddy is saying that they have sent the request to transfer and Nic.es is saying that they didn't receive anything so i'm stuck. I was thinking to transfer to 1and1 but after reading some feedback ( all negative ) i changed my mind. Anyone has an alternative for a international registrant where i can transfer .es domain?

123reg.co.uk are pretty good. I use godaddy and 123reg and manage to get everything I need done between them. 123reg does manage .es domains too.

Part of the prob is GD is not actually an .es registrar afaik, they use Key-Systems for .es. Had a similar prob and had to ask GD support to escalate it and it took them a few days to resolve it, but they did. I was seriously worried the domain would have to stay at Moniker.

I asked the support three times and they said they can't do anything should i just wait and pray?

You could ask them to escalate it meaning get someone higher up involved if you have not done that already. At first they said just wait a week and when it had not transferred after a week they listened.
