Hello,

I feel like I remember reading somewhere that you can't transfer .es domains until 3 months have passed from date of registration. I can't for the life of me find that information anywhere, so I'm not sure if I've dreamt it.

Does anyone know if there are any restrictions regarding .es transfers and newly regged domains? I have a sale pending and I don't want to muck the buyer around.

Thanks in advance.

I am not aware of such a rule. But I remember that change of ownership requires forms to be completed by both buyer and seller - in Spanish. But that was a while ago and the domain was at nic.es, maybe this doesn't apply to you. Your registrar should be able to advise on this.
