.mobi Domain Transfer - GoDaddy to Moniker?

I'm trying to transfer one of my domains from GoDaddy to Moniker. I started the transfer last night and recieved a message from Moniker that the transfer is pending. I also received a few e-mails from GoDaddy...

The request to transfer the following domain name(s) to another registrar has been denied -- the domain(s) is currently a Private Registration:

If you would still like to transfer the domain(s) to another registrar, you must first cancel your Private Registration(s).

etc...

So, should I do this and then wait or is there something else I need to do also?

yep, you'll need to cancel the private registration at domainsbyproxy.com - IIRC, you can then login to moniker, check your pending transfers and update the failed transfer to re-start the transfer.

I have the private registration cancelled but now how do I 'pending transfers and update the failed transfer to re-start the transfer'? I've been looking all over on their site but can't find it. Thanks!

You need to do it from the registrar where you initiated the transfer -- in this case, that would be Moniker. Find the transfer order in your control panel (not sure exactly where, but it should be easy enough to find). Once you find it, there should be a button nearby saying something like "Retry transfer"...click that.

there should be, but there isn't one that i've sesn in the Moniker control panel!

from what i can remember:

login -> my account
click on the number to the left of "Domains pending transfer"
click edit or something next to the transfer?
maybe check the box for the row and then click edit?
then re-enter the auth key.
