I cannot log-in to my GoDaddy account...help

Godaddy is asking me a lot of documents for my 4 domains..I have all the records, receipts, and my official log-in details but they are not letting me in...what I need to do?

obvious questions first:

are your user / pass combo's correct?

have you tried there support?

theres not much we can do for you really, contact there support, or use forgot password link to confirm your log in details.

BE SURE!!! its not a scam - recently theres been a few websites set up for philshing scams, check the address carefully, better yet, you type it in.

Does the whois info show you as the owner? I would get them on the
phone direct instead of email. Good luck!

Yes, the whois still mine and it is not s scam site... I got email from godaddy asking me to send copyrighted materials..
