question How to sell? Seniors guidance needed

Hi,

Most obvious question:

How to sell? I have a portfolio of 500+ (good keywords, some premium domains too), but so far haven't sold anything.

To be fair, I'm 2 month old into domaining, but learnt a lot by hours and hours of forum reading and doing some udemy & other courses.

Any advice/help from seniors would be highly appreciated

I've started to use the Name Silo market place. It has a parking page, and a quick buy link, so I don't have to worry about hosting or anything else. I'm less than a week into using it, so no activity so far, and I'd be interested to know how others get on with the service.

Usually it takes much longer to sell a handregged domain
based on an idea nobody else had so far

expect 5 to 10 years

Average industry portfolio turn is around one percent annually but lower for newbies . Expect to make a few sales but most sales will be of the $xxx variety - not enough to pay renewals. Focus on quality as most end users are reluctant to pay a premium for a domain name unless it is truly exceptional. You need to determine which are your best domains and which ones you are willing to let expire. Price lower quality domains aggressively. Domaining is not an easy way to make money.
