Hi Seniors,

Reaching out to you to seek your guidance from your experience on how to sell on Sedo?

Do you list as 'Buy it now' or 'Make Offer'?
How to know which domain to have as BIN and which one for Make Offer?

Also, how to know what price to choose when listing it as BIN?

I'm still not able to fully understand the pricing of domains as some domains which makes no sense to me sells crazy and others with perfect sense are going for dimes.

How much time does it usually take you to flip a domain as per strategy/listing you mentioned?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

If I am reading this right, you're new to the market. So your problem right now is not how to price domains, but how to select the right domains, that somebody will want to buy.

Don't put the cart before the horse :)

A BIN can be a good option for low value domains (< $$$$), or names that are not very liquid. Because it can facilitate impulse buying.
But I repeat, pricing domains is not the problem. Find buyers is the problem, and actually you don't even have to find them. They will find you, if you have something that they want.

Buy it Now works better than Make Offer unless you have some super-duper domains.

If you have premium name then " Make Offer " otherwise " Buy now "
