domain Guidance needed seniors - Usavisa.guru

Hello ,
I am learning domaining since last month.
I just hand registered domains in .guru extention. i.e
charteredaccountant.guru
Dubaivisa.guru
Usavisa.guru
Ukvisa.guru
Katherine.guru
Dubaillc.guru
Usallc.guru

Can seniors please guide me these domains value for which i can easily sell it for and any advice.

Even the best terms in .guru have basically no resale value, and these terms are not really that good.

I would avoid oddball extensions when it comes to investing.

Dubaivisa.guru -> Don't use keyword visa, It's trademark!
Usavisa.guru -> TM domain
Ukvisa.guru -> TM domain, again
Katherine.guru -> No comments
Dubaillc.guru -> Not much luck.
