How to receive payments from 4.cn?

Is there any not Chinese members of 4.cn here?
If yes, could you please tell me, how could I receive payments if I would sell a domain there?
Is PayPal working for receiving payments or only wire?

Paypal will work for you when you want to receive payments.. I would strongly suggest you put paypal as your payment gateway.
