Hello, I was wondering how I should handle my company email, I have a logo business and want to be able to send my clients email from the company domain email, not gmail. How do you recommend setting it up so I can easily reply to emails from company and my gmail? I dont want to have like 3 boxes open for each mail account (sales/billing/support etc)

Any software to help? Thanks

You can have a gmail account (seems that you already do) and then from your company email (forward that to your gmail acct). Gmail has a set up where you can send messages using either gmail account OR from your company email acct. And, only need to login to 1 acct.

Make sure you go to the POPmail options on Google/Gmail and you should be able to set it up quite quickly. I also believe that you can actually make a forwarding address on your hosting providers email address if you want. This is what I do with mine. So if someone sends me mail on gmail I get it on my host gator account, and if someone sends me mail on my hostgator account I get an email notification on gmail. Having all those windows open was a big pain in the butt!

I used to forward my business email to my gmail. It works well and you can tell gmail to use your [email protected] / [email protected] for replies.

Some time back I switched to the free version of Google Apps for domains. This required a little set-up including setting the MX records for my site to point to Google's servers. Provided you've got access to your domain's DNS, it takes around 1/2 an hour.

When you use it it looks and behaves like GMail.

I simply have a single mailbox and make all the other names I want aliases for that name.

You can also arrange for your existing gmail account to forward incoming mail to your google apps mailbox. You do this through the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab of your gmail settings (I have my gmail set up for British English, sometimes they rename tabs so look for something similar)
