I have a CEO and founder of a canna investment corp. who emailed me and wants a price on a dot com marijuana domain I own

So whats your recommendations on how to deal with him and what to ask?

I don't want to scare him away or leave $ on the table of course.

I contacted him by email and he replied back today with how much do I want for it.

You contacted him without a price in mind? It’s hard to say without knowing the name and outbound usually results in less money so you should bear that in mind when giving a quote.
