I saw a nice name on the Uniregistry, I just want to contact the owner, but I don't see any contact information on WHOIS.
Is there any tool to do this?

I use Whoxy, $2 buys you 500 queries.

    What registrar?
Uniregistry or this domain is just listed on their marketplace?

These 3rd-party services are very unreliable...
I regularly receive various spam on my former domains which I don't own a few years already...

    sorry, Registrants email.
I have just reviewed the history of WHOIS history and have been holding it for a long time since 1999.

I didn't register, but I saw the contact information for the domain.

WHOIS history is NOT needed at all.
Every domain must be checked at CURRENT Registrar, via their local WHOIS database...
The only one reliable and proper way.

    In other words...
If certain domain is registered under Uniregistry - then Uni WHOIS...
If under GoDaddy - then GoDaddy WHOIS...
    etc.

This is usually the case, but I found that local registrars barely display emails directly because of the privacy policy, but instead provide an HTTPs link to fill out the form.

3rd-party services can't display any emails - if they are replaced by links at Registrars.
They query the same WHOIS server where domain is registered.

It is possible to find only cached emails from the previous life.

exactly. Once the holder information changes, I will not be able to find the right contact, which seems very dramatic.

    I don't see any problems...
Link (Contact Form) is significantly more reliable, your message will be delivered ~99%.
Instead with direct emails - high chances to be marked as spam.

    really? :-o
I misunderstood that it would be delivered to the broker's mailbox and then relayed to the holder by the broker. Because I often receive spam from Uniregistry agents.
Godaddy Whois can find the holder email. Excellent!:)

Via WHOIS link (Contact Form) your message will be sent directly to the domain owner (registrant).

GoDaddy WHOIS is for GoDaddy domains only.
Don't check Uniregistry domains at GoDaddy.

Look at the domain Whois and send an email to the owner, even if it's a privacy email address, he will get it.

If he is interested in your inquiry, he will respond to you. If not, chances are that he will not respond.
