Biggie is assuming you will be negotiating the price. Not Buy Now pricing.

if the amount you want to ask, has to be "less" than price .org sold for, then do you need to ask?

do you know who the .org owner was, do you know how much experience they had, their need to sell that domain, how long they had it, etc, etc.? do you know how they arrived at that amount?

if not, then why set a limit for what you could sell the .info for?

imo...

By the way have you checked for any trademarks from those companies owning the other extensions? It would suspiciously look like cybersquatting then.

Think of why the .info was available for registration in the first place. If more than one company saw value of the domain, some even registered several extensions, wouldn't that lead you to believe that those exact companies have already purchased their desired extensions and wouldn't be interested in this particular one (this of course if you handregged this domain, if the extensions was previously registered and acquired by you disregard the last part) :)

Sure you wish to contact them. Do you think they want to hear from you, unsolicited? Don't you think if they were interested in the domain, they would contact you?

If you must contact them, ask them to make you an offer.
