How Many Hours a Day Do you Spend Domaining and on the internet ?

That is tough to say. It depends on the day. Probably only about 30 minutes when you combine everything.

I am on about 7-10 hours a day , But don't you guys that stay 10+ hours a day feel sick or your eyes hurt ? I know my eyes can't take more than 7 hours
