How long it takes for Buy expired to be in my GD account after payment

I bought a expired domain on godaddy for $12+ renewal fee. After payment it says congrat... you can manage in your account. I check my GD account and domain wasn't there so I tried to crawl google for an answer and some says it takes a week after payment to get it. So not sure, anyone can confirm? 1 week or more?

the date must be mentioned in the 'auctions won' section

usually it is 1 week bcoz they have to wait until the redemption period of the domain ends

It should be in your account in about 7 days, unless the previous owner renews the name. You will get an email from godaddy saying the transaction is complete and the domain is yours.

Yea I remember when this happened to me. I was like where's my domain.

It takes some time. You have to wait fort he redemption period to end and then it will show up in your account.

Yesterday when check domain page was gd park page with message domain expired, today no more page just blank also Whois exp date is up to NeXT year but no name for domain owner so i ve sent gd a Email and wait for answer. It s been 7 days now from day i purchase.

Generally for me it is 5 days but it can take longer.

Have you checked in "my account" to see if it is there?

(If you fully log in to go daddy along the left hand side of the screen you will see options such as my products, my renewals, my upgrades and so on, in that list somewhere will be an auction listing called "won", if you click on there it will tell you when it will enter your account on the right)

Great info you post here, yes I saw won and date of releasing: jan 2nd 2011 so tomorrow should be in my account. Thanks a lot and Happy New Year to all NP members.
