Okay, so we all know .com is king. Generally after .com and .net though different people view values of the extensions differently. Certainly there are some cases where certain extensions are worth higher than they normally would be (like a solid non-profit organization type name being in .org), but in general we've all got our notions of the "food chain" so to speak. Here's mine:
.com
.net
.info (not so much worth more than the .org, but sales are so few in .org)
.org
.us (quickly rising, may rise above .org soon also due to number of sales)
.biz (if only because it's a gTLD, because it's pretty much the red-headed stepchild of the gTLDs)
Here's where it gets difficult for me...
.co.uk (neck and neck with .in IMO)
.in (just isn't as established as .co.uk...no doubt the potential is there for this ccTLD)
.de (such a strange English word market, it's a toss-up whether a solid English .de will sell or not)
.eu (I don't doubt that the lack of .eu availability will force value upon these names, but .in and .de are internationally available and .co.uk is far more established)
.tv (like .de, mixed bag with this extension as some solid English word .tv's gather dust n their owner's portfolios)
.co.in (if anything, availability of solid 1-word names in this extension puts this here instead of higher IMO)
.cc (what a pathetic market this became...I certainly had higher hopes 2 years ago)
.ws (going towards bottom of the barrel of well-known ccTLDs)
.es/.cn/.hk/.jp/.nl/.be/.at/.bz (not too many solid sales, but they've all had occasional big ones in the top keywords)
Most other ccTLDs: Sales of English names are generally for only big keywords, high traffic names, or websites.
What say you all?
