Value on .net?

I'll just ask since I am not a big fan of a .net name.

I found a domain on which all extensions below are taken but it is just parked. Would you think the .net still holds any value?

Since all of them are parked, it is maybe a quite common phrase? If it was a single word you wouldn´t ask.
And since it is probably a phrase (or a uncommon word) you may wonder if it is the same person who parked the others. Parked at the same place or different? Maybe that person missed the .net?! And would all these others be regged if the name hadn´t a potential? So if you see .net as #2 of all extensions it should have some potential.

Btw, what´s wrong with .net! The only "wrong" thing is that it is less worth.
Phonetically I like net better than the hard pronounced com, which however is the reason why com has become most popular, because the k-sound of it breaks through better than any other (just like coca cola, canon, clinton, cat etc).

Probably a dropped name?

Why not just reg it and throw it on appraisal. See people's reaction to it and you can then choose whether or not to get a refund.

It probably was. If all the other extentions are taken & the name seems decent, why not get it?

I checked at domaintools, it was never dropped. Only the .com was dropped and is now redirected to the plural version.

Missing the .net is quite impossible since I did a run checked and found out 33 other extensions were taken. I doubt it was only from a single owner.
