Hi, this is my first post here and I am new to domain outbound marketing. I recently acquired JUXD.com and Bergamo.org and I think they might have some outbound potential. For JUXD.com, I plan to reach out to companies called JUX Design, JUX Development, etc. For Bergamo.org, I plan to reach out to the official Bergamo tourism site, which currently uses visitbergamo.net.

However, I don't really have an idea of how to price them. Do you usually price it a bit higher and expect a counteroffer? or do you just set a non-negotiable BIN price? In this case, do you think these two domains have outbound potential and if yes, how would you price them? Thank you in advance!!

When pricing domains for outbound sales, it's important to consider several factors:

  1. Domain Quality: Short, memorable, keyword-rich, and high-authority domains tend to fetch a higher price.
  2. Market Demand: Domains related to trending industries or niches usually sell for more.
  3. Comparable Sales: Research similar domain sales to gauge market prices.
  4. Renewal Costs: Factor in ongoing registration fees when setting your price.
Ultimately, pricing will depend on the perceived value and market interest. What strategies have you used when pricing domains?

Hi

at least you have a plan and relevant leads.
which is 91% better than most who don't plan.

imo...

Hi

in your examples of potentials, you'd have to consider why they would want your names
(if they already have websites) and why they would pay more than $$ > $$$ for it?
and you have to consider if their revenue high enough, that they would approve spending X amount that you would be satisfied with receiving.

post them in appraisal section and note the replies

imo...
