How do I pay for a renewal from my Moniker account balance?

I have some money left in my Moniker account balance and i want to use that to renew a domain in order to transfer it out.

I cant figure out how to do this! IS it even possible?

What is the purpose of the shopping cart btw?

I can see my balance amount and i can see they have a shopping cart in their interface. But its beyond me how to use them!
