Same thing just happened to me. I reg'd two crappy names a few days ago, last night I canceled the domains and asked GoDaddy for a refund. Now today, I just received the two refunds back onto my PayPal account. That was Fast! I like GoDaddy...

Customer Inquiry
Hello John, thank you very much for you reply, but will I get a full refund
or just partial?
And how many days after the registration of the domains is possible to ask
the refund?
Thanks again
Best regards,
Thank you for contacting online support.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the refund will be given; even if full or partial. The request must be approved by our billing department. Please allow 48 hours for a request to be processed and for the credit to appear in the order history of your account, if approved.
New domain registrations must be canceled within 4 days of purchased in order for a refund request to be submitted.
Please let us know if we can help you in any other way.
Sincerely,
Christopher B.
