How to get a refund?

How do i get a refund from Godaddy as i just purchased a domain and have just found out it is TM ?

You need to contact Go Daddy, call them on the phone and explain you just found out it was a trademark.

do i need to phone or can i just send an email? only asking as my voice has gone at the moment lol as i have the worlds worst man cold !!

Hi Bretta,

First you need to contact the customer service,
then they will guide you to do the next step. (but it all depends on the extension)
Basically they will ask you to cancel you the domain that you want to be deleted.

Refund may be transfer back to your paypal or credit card, but my recent refund was converted into a Godaddy fund that i will used on my next purchase.

The extension is a .org.uk the actual domain is cloudhub
