You may want to try http://www.justdropped.com. I do like the tool they provide. As well many other webmaster tools. You will probably need to reg(no fee required) You may even narrow your search down to a spefic word to with numbers and or hypens. You can even do a search with or without PR. To finding drops in the last 7 days to I believe 60 days. It doesnt include all extensions. But nonetheless is quite resourceful.
