How to grab expired domain with PR? Is there any special software?

Best way to snap it up is through a backorder, provided by dropcatching services like Pool, eNom, or SnapNames. They each have a network of registrars that attempts to register it the second it becomes available.

I think godaddy is the best because you can always reuse the credit if you don't get the domain right?

GoDaddy is definitely not the best. Go with Pool, Snapnames and Enom if you really want the domain.
