Is there any tools/sites where we can find expired domains with PR ?

i scan snapnames Available Soon Lists everyday,
and find about 2500 domains with pr ( about 600 of them pr3+)
i can trade this list with links if interested

Try freshdrop.net it scans over half a million expired and auction domains on a daily basis and gives out a ton of analytics.

You have to double check it yourself, Im sure he is working to make it as accurate as possible.
