How do I do a chargeback ?

For the last 5 days i have been trying to register a few names via europeregistry , and for some reason their payment system would not accept my visa or mastercard ???

In the end i used my paypal , and of course received receipts for the purchase

Now after 3 emails asking why the names have not been registered , today i get an email for each one saying , names not available , even though they were shown as being available ???
The thing for each mail regarding 'not available' it says no charge was made !!

I have sent them 3 emails in the last three days and they have not acknowledged one of them or the problem , they are in england and i am in australia , so as you can imagine i can't afford long winded phonecalls to people who cant or wont do their job , enough is enough !!!!!

.....how do i do a chargeback, it seems i have no choice since they have not acknowledged

most annoying !

thanks guys i have fowarded the receipt emails to them in the hope they do the right thing , but i may have no choice , i feel this is very unprofessional service by them

Evirtual, sucks the registration didn't go through bud. In my experience, with a name not being registered and the order being cancelled by the register, even though they say you weren't charged, they run an authorization with paypal which paypal then holds the money out of your account (looks like it has been charged) and it take a certain amount of time to go back into your account. Might be happening here. I don't like that part of their process, has happened more than once to me. Do any part of those transactions show "pending"?

my bank account confirms payment via paypal , payment is no longer pending after domain regging did not go through ,.......yes i paid for something i didn't get
