How are a sites allowed to do this seriously?

Theres sites such as richsearcher and swag bucks that people earn for doing every day searching like a search engine and the results come from google because the search bar is an adsense search bar thing and thats how they afford to pay usually any ways isnt this againts google adsense T.O.S at all because isnt like asking some one to do a search on the adsense search bar kinda thing? how do sites like this be allowed to do this? seriously
