HOTTEST Domain Name Areas: Top 10

What do all of you think are the HOTTEST, i.e. most lucrative,
areas to be creating domain names for? From what I have seen Dubai seems to be really hot right now. I keep seeing all kinds of domains with the word Dubai in them everywhere I look--and selling for good money. Dubai is booming so I can see why.

Please list your top five or ten HOT areas to be creating domain names for. Thanks.

Good LLLL.com's have seen quite a price rise and are doing very well at the moment. Most CVCV names are not sold for under $1,000. It seems to be a very lucrative area at the moment. Whether or not it will be as profitable in the longer term as people think is yet to be seen but I hope so as I own a substatial amount.

Where are you seeing them ? I only know of less than 20 Dubai related sales in the last couple of years.

Very good NNN.com or NNNN.com combinations, especially with lots of "8" or "3".

Examples would be 8833.com, 388.com, 1188.com, etc.

The rise of internet population in China and India will make prices go thru the roof for these. The Asian people are very much into numerology.
