Yep these will take a big old helping of luck to sell. Your best return would be from developing them as sites, but then you have the time and expense to do it so I'm not sure you come out much ahead.

Yes, be very picky about the domains you buy, and look for domains of the highest quality only. If an opportunity is not quite good enough, then move on to the next opportunity.
