Help re compiling Domain Admin Addresses

I have compiled a list of about 500 domains. I need to get in touch with the registrants.

Does anyone know of a program that I can feed the domain names into and have the program to spit out the admin addresses?

Or, do I have to whois them all manually...sigh.

You can download a trial of domain punch and enter the list in the program and run it through.

It will "spit" out the admin email addresses
