Help Needed!

I recieved this in my email today:

While reviewing your account, we noticed that you are currently displaying
Google ads in a manner that is not compliant with our policies. For
instance, we found violations of AdSense policies on pages such as
www.radiorevolt.com/news.php.

As stated in our program policies, AdSense publishers are not permitted to
place Google ads on sites involved in the distribution of copyrighted
materials.

What does this mean? is google telling me that a radio station is distribution of copyrighted materials??? This is the same and only site that I originally signed up with and they are just now telling me i have 72 hours to make changes to my site although they fail to mention what changes i need to make.

I think that they don't like the fact that you can listen to copyrighted music without paying. Not really much you can do about that unless you remove the listen now option. Maybe you could email them for more explanation.

well if that's their problem they can kiss my fat white ass. I thought Google rocked but their starting to snivel and cry like little schoolgirls.

I am emailing them for more input but it's a weekend. Basically by the time I get a reply the 72 hour period will be up and they will suspend my account. I am not distributing the music like a P2P network, it's a radio station, this is just an automated request feature. If they think that is distibuting then I will just start using a search engine which doesnt piss me off (first the chinese thing and now this).

well friendly advise better take google's warning about your site and remove whatever needs to be removed, they can ban you forever you know and they're the ones writing the check.

I've been buidling websites since before google was a spit in a bucket and I will long after they have fallen. No one tells me what to do with my site, however, the site was in full compliance and if it is not it is my wish to be. I will not change my site though, I would rather change ad couriers to Yahoo! Ad Brite or others who have expressed interest in my site. Google may be writing the checks, but they are not the only dogs in the kenel.

anyway, there are adsense and there are adsense alternatives.
